A very big congratulations to all of u people who are in the committee!
Committee and batch of Sec 3s! Cooperate together to plan stuffs that you think you will need.
As I've said, everyone makes a different in band.
I don't emphasize ONE BAND ONE SOUND for fun.
Really wish that you all can make the band once again lively.

As members of the band,
1) Feel proud to be a band member
2) Play along with one another
3) Enjoy the only moments during band
4) Strive hard and work hard together as a band

You can not only work together during band, likewise, for studies too!
See, end of year is reaching soon right, Sec3s come together as sec3s, so on and so forth, revise together, die together (SHHH), score together :)

Sec 3s batch can even come together to DISCUSS for your band camp proposal!
What type of games you want to play, duration of the camp is always negotiable with both Ms Diana and Mr De.
Yes, SYF is next year, while focusing to the journey towards SYF, don't forget to enjoy, appreciate what people had done to you.

Sec 2s, what I would like to suggest to you is that, come together as a batch and start planning maybe for next year JUNE BAND CAMP? Wont you all want to have camp during June too? All the other CCA grps have camp in June, you all can actually like propose a combine camp with them. If you don't want, an individual camp is also alright!
And, you can start planning a PROPER step down ceremony as your sec 3 leave.
If you want them to visit you often, leave them a deep impression with your PASSION AND LOVE.

Sec1s, you also can do alot of things, first, starting with practising HARD enough and make YOUR JBF a success. This will be your first impact on the current Sec3s as they are the ones guiding you!
Then, in my opinion, if you appreciate your current seniors ALOT ALOT, give them a surprise! Play pieces for them to appreciate their efforts and time spent on you guiding you since you joined the band. Then, as you reach Sec2, try to do what I've mentioned above for the current batch of Sec 2s.

Work together as one to strive for a better band alrights?
Please don't neglect one another, make it a democratic committee, sometimes you can vote for decisions, sometimes, please abide to rules, listen to your BM and DM.
They are there for a reason, BUT, if they are in the wrong, don't be afraid to voice out.
If you are scared, you can always approach me~ Cos I'm very KPO. :)
In music wise, please listen to your student conductor, listen when she speaks, take down changes as she points out, play correctly after all the ammendments.
Instruments wise, please approach your QM,
I remember that there is the LOAN BOOK, QM, please catch up with it by showing good examples before the instruments spoils or gone missing. Please also report any damages of instruments to the Head QM.
Head QM please report to your BM or DM.
Librarians, I am confident that you are able to do your job diligently and meticulously!
Treasurer, collect enough funds so that next time, your can organise OUTINGS~!!!~~!!!
Secretary, work closely with teachers in charge, providing them with attendance wise support and admin supports.
SLs, u are the most important ones, coordinate your section well, bond with them! Play the best music.

To wrap up my LONG LONG SPEECH for committee, PLEASE REPORT ALL INCIDENTS TO YOUR DM AND BM! Even if it's like someone insult you all these, report! So that they can solve the problems and prevent problem from getting worser.

THERE WILL BE DAY WHEN AIBAND SOUNDS LIKE ONE!! AND I HOPE IS YOU ALL THAT MAKE THIS MIRACLE HAPPEN!
