I expect everybody to be punctual.No latecomers.All your files should only contain these pieces:
Set fire to the rain
Lazy song
Payphone
Let's get loud
Love the way you lie
Edge of glory
Bad romance.
Next thing,remember to bring both your red tie and the school tie(just in case).
During the performance this is going to happen:
1.Those who are playing the fanfare will be outside the staff room.
2.Those not playing the fanfare but playing the National Anthem will wait at the second floor staircase landing and will join the fanfare players while going down to the courtyard.
3.Those only playing for the concert will wait in the classroom behind the stage in concert formation.
4.After the National Anthem,the band will join the rest in the classroom and wait for the concert.

That's all.You must be silent while moving from place to place.Otherwise people will hear you from the courtyard.
Remember to bring along your white long sleeved shirt and black pants.and iron them.I should not see any crumpled shirts.All black hair accessories for girls.No other colours.
I hope you guys coorporate with sir,the teachers and the leaders.Try not to get any scolding alright.We want this to run smoothly.All the best for the performance.Play from your heart.
And sleep well saturday night.Not too late.That's all.
