Okay hi guys. As you know the auditors will be coming down again for a stock check.
That's why you all had to bring back your instruments. Sorry for the inconvenience, again.
Now, the auditors want to check on our loan records.

Now I know MOST of you guys have not returned the loan form even though we've asked for them time and time again before. Maybe because we ain't that strict on you all. Maybe its because of our complacency. Or maybe you guys just don't give a shiat.

So because of these people who 'unsettled' the loan records, there will be a so called 'band meeting' this monday. You all will need to work with us to settle all these admin stuff actually doing the loan forms in a controlled situation. Yes, it includes those people who has already returned their loan forms. You guys will have to talk to me personally and i'll check if you really had returned the loan forms. After that, you guys can leave. So the sooner you guys get it done, the better for you then.

EVERYONE is to be present, except for percussions. Anyone else absent - well, simple, isn't it? Committee members, double. Do the math.
If you can't make it, SMS your section leader AND me. If i don't receive anything from you, you're considered gone.

So yeah. Reporting time: 2.40pm in the atrium in your sections.
Follow the instructions I'll be giving so that everything will be smooth..
