is it so bloody hard to keep your mouths shut during practice.
everytime I stop, you guys haveeeeee to turn around and talk.
it gets irritating.
can like, FOCUS?! Like I said, WE DON'T HAVE MUCH TIME LEFT.
During warm ups or when Im going through the pieces, just get ready.
Dont take your own bloody sweet time to prepare yourself, talk, blahblah.
This is why I always have to stop everytime you play your first note.
everyone is not ready, and so you dont come in together.
please lah, kick that habit.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS LASTS.
I WANT THAT SILVER/ GOLD BADLY, but if one person doesnt work hard or fools around,
then the effort of the whole band is wasted, down the drain it goes.

The strength of the band is equivalent to the strength of the weakest player in the band.
