Disrespectful is an unwanted behaviour in band.
We do not want to see it from the seniors, and juniors.
Please do not create unneccessary trouble during band or outside band time, especially on FACEBOOK.
Treat everyone equally, regardless of anything, okays?
I'm sure you will know what am i trying to say,thus, change it.

If we caught anymore cases of rudeness, disrespectful, we will punish he/she IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE BAND.
