About next WEDNESDAY, make sure that you have your full band uniform which includes: the white shirt, skirts or pants,blazer,black shoes(boys), high heels(girls),stockings for GIRLs, AND most importantly a tie. Those who do not have, get it from MDM LOH.


Summary for today, 30/6/10:
1) Keep Music Room clean at all times.
2) Water bottles should not be thrown around within the band area.
3) Keep your mouth zipped when there is a person standing in front.
4) Respect us and we will respect you.
5) Seniors please wake up NOW. SYF IS NOT FAR AWAY! OKAYS? PLS GET THIS CLEAR.
6) Sec1s, if your want to perform well during junior band festival, please brush up now too. It's JUNE, tomorrow is already july! And your still cannot play tuning note properly? Excuse me? It is your who say your want to overtake your seniors, win your seniors, so show us that your really can do it.
7) Your are already secondary school children, do you need a granny to keep nag at your, shouting at your, telling your to keep quiet? Do we need to treat you like 3yrs old baby toddler?Reflect on this behaviour right now! AT THIS MOMENT, if you think that we are wrong, tell us?!

What Mr Ghazali said today was true, we did not take the sectionals seriously. Hence, our juniors could not play well. So, shouldn't we do some serious reflection about our behaviour? Yeah, and performance is coming up in meantime, it is not very far far away, it is just NEXT WEDNESDAY! Did your realise it? Did your think before you act? Well, our behaviour mark us out as a NOT GOOD BAND. Do your want other people to say that we are lousy? NO! So, do something about it, if it is sectional, make sure you do it properly. If not, nothing will come out in the end. And, today attendance for senior band is horrible. Hope that something can be done. FULLSTOP. LOL

Okay, tomorrow band practice, as usual, report at 2.35pm. Everyone in that particular section is to be present. Clear? Section leaders take note. Band Fund $2 to Shaik by friday. Dress code: FULL SCHOOL UNIFORM.
SLs also take note that tell JunYang about how many scores of each part you will need as he need to photocopy the scores for you all by tomorrow. So TELL HIM ASAP.

Maha Bodhi Alumni Band is having a concert at SCH, on 25/6/10, FRI. It is a very good band, highly recommended to attend. It is $12, your can attend that after your soccer session =D.

Disrespectful is an unwanted behaviour in band.
We do not want to see it from the seniors, and juniors.
Please do not create unneccessary trouble during band or outside band time, especially on FACEBOOK.
Treat everyone equally, regardless of anything, okays?
I'm sure you will know what am i trying to say,thus, change it.

If we caught anymore cases of rudeness, disrespectful, we will punish he/she IN FRONT OF THE WHOLE BAND.

Just a reminder: Next Band Practice is on the 24 June, Thurs, 1pm-5pm. Report at 12.45pm sharp. Late comers will be PUNISHED. Those sec1s who have not paid up for the Band Tees. Please pay it on the day itself, it is $15+$1 additional and the Band Uniform too, make full payment before we run after you =D. Please also practice at home yourself so that when band resumes, your tone will not be like _ _ _ _.
Sec1s, buy your own black file once you have gotten your first piece. Okays? =)
