Anyways,

To the old/new committee, do work out the plans for the upcoming events. Try to finish up at most 2 events by end of this month. It needs proper planning and detailed proposal needs to be typed out.

1) Balloon Hat Festival (July)

- Plan for costumes, songs and gimmicks. Having drills on Saturdays is a must. If not, how you guys march. *Robots.

2) Aiband First Band Camp.

- Plan, type out the proposal inclusive of every single detail on what's gonna happen on that ? days and ? nights. This is your opportunity. Do it good and we will have more band camps. This really need proper planning. Call up for meeting for the committee.

3) Aiband's Fundraising Concert for Genting.

- Plan pieces, soloist, ensembles, quintets and more. Don't do it, it's as if a big big big big event. Cheap but good concert. Proper planning as well. Concert repetoires. Make sure the set piece and choice piece for Genting is included.

4) Genting Trip.

- Will be discussed by the teachers and Mr Tong.



I'm just hoping that the piece is either my piece or Mr Tong's piece. No other. Both quite difficult.
