We are probably going through All About That Bass and Shake It Off so all of us must be prepared. I DO NOT want anyone to be scolded just because he/she cannot play a certain bar or whatnot after many times. Everything should run smoothly like the time we played Shake It Off. Moreover, I think these two pieces are manageable and the recordings are available online too.  Tomorrow will be a busy day, so pay close attention to what is happening and do not fool around.

Everyone should assemble in the music room (including Sec 1s) on time and please prepare your scales! For the Sec 1s, don't be afraid to play and be more confident! As per normal, inform your SLs/me if you're not coming, and give your "excuse" letter to me the next practice. :)

1. Get your instruments ready, in the music room, you're arrangement for sitting same as the parade.
2. Tuba section take chairs only for yourself. As we don't have enough chairs for the whole band.
3. We are doing the warm ups in the music room.
4. At 2.40pm, the bass drum and snare drum go down to do the parade's dry run.
5. Once Mr Zat is done with warm ups, go to the hall once I've dismiss you.
6. Once I dismiss you to the hall, sit in your arrangements which are in the hall.
7. Tune up in 15 mins.
8. After tuning, the time should be between 3.30pm-3.45pm
9. Get your scores for parade ready
10. Once parade has ended, and percussion has left, go to first floor classroom. About the class, I'll tell you tmr.
11. I'll give you further instruments once we are in the classroom.

Tomorrow there will be another rehearsal for achievement day and the procedure will be the same as today. Please have a heavy recess or buy a small snack before band starts. I don't want anybody to be late tmr. Please wash your band uniform and have it ready and ironed by tomorrow night. I don't want to see anybody with crumpled shirt. Those not coming please inform me and amira. That's all.

Dresscode: Full Band Uniform including black shoes and black socks and tie.

This is the 2nd last rehearsal for ADP that's why we have to use full uniform. Sorry it's last minute.

1. During your recess time, please eat a lot! 

2. Once school ends at 2.10pm, quickly change into full band uniform. 

3. Percussion start going down first. 

4. The rest of the band, please get your instrument and stands and files, wait for me in the music room. Don't need to set up chairs.

5. I will brief all of you in 5 mins about what's happening so please listen once I stand infront.

6. SLs, get your instrument and the sec 1s instrument and wait for me outside of the music room while the band is in the music room.

7. Every thing has to done by 3.30pm latest. 

8. I'm expecting full attendance tomorrow. 

9. Please don't be late! 

I don't want to waste time scolding or shouting at people to be quick. I want everyone to help percussion if you have a free hand. If everything goes well, we get finish maybe a bit earlier. Iron your clothes also.

Dresscode: half or full uniform

Please bring your white long sleeve shirt, black socks, black court shoes and velvet tie. You don't have to iron it, I just want to check the uniform, it's okay if you fold it or whatever. As long as you bring it. 

1. Set everything up in the SYF arrangement for sitting and everything else.

2. Help the Muslim boys by taking out their instruments for them.

3. Band will be in the music room.

4. Sec 1s will be sitting at the side of the music room. So SLs will be with the band during practice with Mr Zat.

5. Once Mr Zat leaves, I'll make announcements about ADP.

6. Once I've informed you to move out, go to the hall, set up your chairs, once done, help percussion.

7. Everything must be done by 4.30.

8. Rachel will be conducting for ADP rehearsal tomorrow, 4.30pm onwards. So pay attention as if she is the real conductor.

** don't take your own sweet time as the UGs will be waiting for us.
