Reporting time: 1.30pm main band, 2.15pm for Muslim boys, 1.40pm for Sec 1s

Please bring your white long sleeve shirt, black socks, black court shoes and velvet tie. You don't have to iron it, I just want to check the uniform, it's okay if you fold it or whatever. As long as you bring it. 

1. Set everything up in the SYF arrangement for sitting and everything else.

2. Help the Muslim boys by taking out their instruments for them.

3. Band will be in the music room.

4. Sec 1s will be sitting at the side of the music room. So SLs will be with the band during practice with Mr Zat.

5. Once Mr Zat leaves, I'll make announcements about ADP.

6. Once I've informed you to move out, go to the hall, set up your chairs, once done, help percussion.

7. Everything must be done by 4.30.

8. Rachel will be conducting for ADP rehearsal tomorrow, 4.30pm onwards. So pay attention as if she is the real conductor. 

** Form given to Rachel or me at the end of band, not during band.

** don't take your own sweet time as the UGs will be waiting for us.

Dresscode: Half Uniform or Full Uniform

1. Tomorrow, at 2.30pm, get your instruments straight and stands, files and oil, whatever you need for band.

2. At 2.50pm, SLs follow me to get the sec 1sz 

3. By 2.45pm, go down to the hall and help percussion to arrange the chairs.

4. Arrange the chairs like how we did during band camp.

5. Set up chairs first, after each section arrange their chairs correctly already, go for sectionals from 3pm-3.45pm. 

6. At 3.45pm, band except for SLs go to the hall and tune up and wait for Mr Zat. 

7. SLs continue sectionals with sec 1s until 4.10pm. 

8. At 4.15pm, SLs go back and join the band at the hall. 

*** I do not want any absentees for tomorrow. Take care of your health. We only have 3 rehearsal left, put that in mind. Anyone who is suppose to give me any parents letter, pass it to me by tomorrow. If not, I'll give your names to Ms Sya. 

*Please do sectionals properly without me or Rachel needing to shout and scold you.

Dresscode: Pink shirt with school bottoms, sec 1s will use PE shirt with school bottoms

1. Give any remaining consent forms to Rachel.

2. Sit on the floor in your sections, instruments beside you and all the stands,file and etc, in the bag with the SLs sitting at the front of the section. 

3. Check Dresscode and if there is anything missing.

4. After checking, go down and sit in your woodwinds and brasses area. 

5. All this to be done before 8.05

6. By 8.10, everyone in the bus and do head count. 

- percussion and woodwinds 1 bus

-brasses in the other bus. 

- no need cases. I don't want to see your fringe covering your face. SLs, bag have to be haversack. Just in case, it's really heavy. That's all.

By 8.50am, I want everyone to finish getting all your things ready. Make sure your instruments, stands and file is ready by 9am. By 9.20am, start going down and tune up at the benches outside the hall, near the staff room. Percussionist, at 9am, I'll go down and I need all the percussionist to help to get the chairs ready. 8.30am, Zandra and Jun wee get your instruments for the parade ready, they are starting at around 8.30am. The rest will help me do the chairs. Make sure your files are not heavy, or full of old scores. Remember to bring your chorale 5 when going down. Once I lock, I won't be passing the keys to anyone to get any missing things. Don't waste time, SLs, get everything for your sections ready before we start going down. We start with warm ups from 9am-9.20am. 8.50-9am, get all your scores ready. Forms given to either me or Rachel. That's all. Anything else, I'll inform your SLs.

Tomorrow mr zat will be coming down at around 9am for combine. Once you reach the band room straight away set up and start your self practice on your 2 pieces or the adp pieces. If you're not coming for band please once again inform me or Amira. We'll end at around 12pm tmr. That's all and be punctual.

Set all your stands, instruments and whatever else before 3pm. SLs, wait at the atrium with the instruments you and the sec 1s are using. Bring your forms that have been signed by your parents acknowledging that there will be band next week. I don't want people to be walking and taking your own sweet time to come for band. SLs, before the band ends, collect money for band fund and pass to Samantha, when I'm assembling the band than you do. We will be doing both the SYF peices tomorrow. Do warm ups once your section is ready. Wait for further instructions by me or Rachel. you all know the procedure if you are not comig for band. That's all.

Dresscode: any school related shirt with skirt for girls and long/short pants for boys.

Please do your sectional properly tomorrow. I don't want to be shouting from end to end. If I'm not around, SLs, I'll msg you who will be in charge for tomorrow until I arrive to dismiss you. Focus on your pieces, if you think you can play properly without mistakes, you can practice on your scales. I don't want any news about latecomers. Get your instruments, set up your stands and go for sectionals at the junior block 3rd floor only. Other than Tuba, Bass Clar and Baritone sections, the rest of you better be standing while doing sectionals. Anything else, I'll msg the SLs. SLs, please check your phone before band just in case I msg you. I won't be collecting you're phones. But I don't even want to see any phone in hand during band. Have sectionals from 3-4.15pm. If you pack up quickly, I'll dismiss you all by 4.30pm. Reminder to pass your consent form to either me or Rachel. If you're not coming, please find me personally and I'll bring you to the teachers. Last day to give me your consent form is by Wednesday. That's all.

Tomorrow we'll be working on phasing thunder. Please come one time and no one should be coming in late except for the class leaders to attend a compulsory talk. The rest, please have sectionals on phasing thunder and especially scales  be back by 4pm. I don't want mr zat to scold you because any of you can't play. It's basic. Be prepared for tomorrow and don't be late.

For sec 1s, please gather at the classroom as per normal. Just wait until the sec 5s or Amira or Rachel to come. For the main band, get everything set up first, start your own warm ups in the music room. Wait for further instrument either by me or Rachel. Tmr is Phasing Thunder. So please don't make silly mistakes and make Mr Zat angry. If you are absent tmr, please inform me, Rachel and Mr Zat. If you are going home after school because you are sick, do not leave the school until the teacher in charge confirm with your parents you are going home. That's all.

Tomorrow your sec ones will try out and play the instruements they are allocated for the first time. Sec 3s are in charge of sec ones. If your section does not have a sec 3, appoint a sec 2 best player. All sec 3/2 seniors are to have sectionals tomorrow until 3.50pm  SAME goes for the rest of the band. Sectionals with the sec ones are to be separated from the main band. By 4pm everybody should be back in the band room. All sec ones are to be outside the benches first before any further instructions are given tmr. No one should be late or absent without a valid reason.We still have a lot to work on and  Mr Zat is going to go through the 2 pieces. That's all and further instructions will be given tmr.

All of you except for those with FSP, better be outside the music room taking your instruments by 3pm. I don't care if you eat already or not, once it's 2.59pm, you better run up and get your instruments ready. If you come at 3.01pm onwards, I will put you as late. And Ms Sya is in charge tmr, I don't want any of you getting in trouble. 3pm-4.30pm, have sectionals. Bag are suppose to be outside the music room near the bench. Phones will be in the containers, SLs, collect it and put it in the containers. That's all, anything else, I'll update the SLs.

Tomorrow is self practice so please come on time and start working on your 2 pieces. We still have a lot of work to do before SYF. Sec 4s having FSP are excused but if u have none or it is later during the day, you have to come. If you are coming late, please inform Amira. All self practice is to be at the junior block. Phones are still going to be collected so Amira and me are going to be at the bench outside the band store. Please  pass your phone immediately when you come for band. Only sec 4s leaving halfway because of FSP are allowed to keep their phones. The rest of the phones collected will be passed to the teacher in-charge and will only be returned after band. That's all.

Tomorrow mr zat will be going through both pieces so make sure you are prepared for both. Once you come in straight away pass your phones to your SLs. SLs make sure that you've collected all the phones and place it in the box. Please immediately start your self practice once you set up your instruments.Please also don't come in your wrong dresscode. No one should be late tmr so please come on time. Tomorrow will be the day which all SLs choose which sec ones  you want.Further instructions will be given tmr. Reminder that the collection of band fund is tmr.
Sec ones, please assemble on time in one of the classrooms and wait for either amira or me. If anybody is absent or not coming please inform the two of us. Reminder to prepare foolscap and a pen because there is theory lesson tmr. That's all.

Tomorrow mr zat will be doing phasing thunder and when you get into the band room, there will be boxes near the conductor stand. Everybody is suppose to pass your phones to your SLs and they are to put in the box which I've already labelled for you. Please don't mix your phones with other sections. If you need to take back your phone for a while, please inform amira or me. Please come on time tomorrow and that's all.
Sec ones please assemble in one of the classrooms tmr and don't be late. Tomorrow will be your last instrument trial.
