For tomorrow, the rehearsal will start exactly at 9am as ms Ang said. Mr Zat will come in and take y'all for warm ups at 8.30am. After that, you are to use the rest of your time to tune up OUTSIDE so it's exactly the same temperature in the hall. Those who are not coming late please make sure to inform the usual people. I expect full attendance tomorrow. Please also remember to queue up in your respective lines before going into the hall. The arrangement is to be as such that you will be exactly standing at your place before you sit down. Last thing, those who have not submit their acknowledgment form to the musical please submit to me by TOMORROW. If I'm not wrong there's still 9 of you that has not given me. That's all and be punctual.

For tomorrow, we will start combine practice. As usual, do your self practice and wait for Mr Zat. I do not want to see anybody late tomorrow unless you want your name on the board. Since nobody has inform me that they won't be coming, i expect full attendance tomorrow. I do not want anybody telling me that they are late because their SL didn't tell them to check the band blog. Please prepare while waiting for Mr Zat it don't mean a thing and rolling in the deep. That's all and be punctual.

For tomorrow's practice, I do not want to see anybody coming in late or people telling me that they did not check the band blog or were not inform that they were suppose to come at 10.45am. Anybody late will have their names written on the board. If you're not attending band you will have to inform Mr Zat. your SLs, Amira or myself. I will be expecting full attendance tomorrow. Secondly, those who are buying tickets for the concert, a teacher will be coming in at around 11am. So please pass all your money to me before 11am and I'll record the number of tickets each of everyone bought and pass the money to the teacher. Tickets will only be given after band practice. Be punctual and that's all.

Tomorrow, I do not want to see anyone strolling into the band room and slowly setting up. If anyone comes later than 10am, I will have your name written on the board for Mr Zat to know. I expect everyone to be self-practicing while waiting for Mr Zat as per normal. Please also remember to set up for your sec ones. Those who are not attending band tomorrow, i want you to personally inform Mr Zat , your SLs and me by the night before. I should expect full attendance tomorrow especially from the sec 3s. Also, there will be a tech run for the concert from 1pm to 4pm so please be efficient and fast. There's only 3 weeks or so until the concert so i expect more to be bringing home their instruments. That's all and don't be late.

If not attending for some excuse which is valid, you have to inform Rachel, Mr Zat & teacher in charge. After 10.10am, you will be considered late. No such things as late bus or whatever, come earlier if you think the bus will come late. Original scores to be given to Fawwaz by tmr. That's all

For the 12.15 main band, Muslim boys are excused but I will be opening the room early so you can practice before going for Friday Prayers. Come to band at least 15 minutes earlier, sec 3 have classes so sec 3 must be in band latest by 12.20. If not coming for band for the next month due to overseas or what not, inform me latest by tmr. That's all.

Those Sec 1s and 2s who are in main band has to attend both sessions tomorrow. Those who are not coming and has informed me, Rachel, Mr Zat and teachers are excused. Sec 3s, if you wish to come earlier to practice, you can. Pass the consent form to Rachel by tmr for those who has it already. Any parents who want to watch the concert on 24 Nov, please inform me about how many tickets. Each ticket is $15. Tmr is the only day I can get tickets for you. for those who did not come for the previous practice, I want to see an MC tmr. That's all.

Tmr, band starts at 2.30pm but come by 2.15pm to get started on setting your instruments. Don't tune up unless me, Rachel or Mr Zat have told you so. No latecomers unless you have an excuse. Inform all you're section members that there is band tmr, so such excuse as not knowing about it. The schedule will be given tmr. If not attending with a reason, inform me, Rachel, Mr Zat and the teachers. That's all.

Come by 9.20am, then set up all your instruments and materials that are needed for band. If you are coming late for a reason, inform your SL. Do not forget to bring you're instruments, file and MouthPiece that you've brought home. If you are not attending band with an MC, inform Amira, Rachel, teachers and Mr Zat. Make sure they say Ok. That's all.

By 9am, everyone should be ready for Mr Zat to start. No one should be walking in and out. Behavior wise, it's okay, but just focus on the pieces tmr. Phones in the bags. Come early to set up everything for your section. No latecomers. Those how have not passed the forms to Rachel, it's due tomorrow. Thats all.

Since tomorrow is a holiday ( a no school day), I expect everyone to come earlier then 9am and set up everything! I do not want to see anyone going in and out of the store room. Tmr is an important practice, we all have to practice on PlayDay! and Madonna. I do not want to see people slowly walking in when it's already 9am. No latecomers, those who are not coming, get an Doctor MC.
REMINDER: All form, SIGNED,  are supposed to be handed to Rachel before band ends tmr.

By 2.50pm, all the sections must be ready, after that start your self practice on Madonna. Like the usual, if you're not coming, inform me, Rachel, mr Zat and the teachers. Make sure your parents are picking you up if you are not coming for CCA. And also make sure your parents already confirm with the teachers that they are fetching you home. That's all.
