Mr Zat will be around the whole day tomorrow. The main band needs to get ready with the National Anthem. Sec 1s, practice on all the 7 scales. Tomorrow, either me or Rachel will inform all of you about whats happening for NDP. Thats all. no latercomers.

Those who are not coming tomorrow for some reason, inform your SLs, Amira, Rachel, Mr Zat and the teacher in charge. I don't wish to hear last minute excuse for not coming for band. No excuses saying you are not feeling well or sick after school before band. Those who weren't in band during the previous practices, pass your letter to the teacher or Rachel. That's all.

Everyone must be ready by 1.50pm. Set up for those who are coming late too. No one is suppose to be absent for tomorrow's practice. I've already inform everyone on Wednesday. That's all. Anything else will be announced by me, Amira, tomorrow.

Like normal, by 2.30pm, everyone should be in the band room, set up for instruments and stand/materials. If you won't be coming, inform Amira,Rachel,Ms Ang and Mr Zat. By 2.50pm, everyone section should be ready. That's all. Anymore info will be given tmr during band.

Tomorrow's attendance better be good. No Latecomers! Forms be given to Rachel by Tomorrow! anyone who doesn't give it will have a talk with me. By 1.30, if I see anyone late, you better explain! Everyone get ready by 1.50pm, then be silent until any announcements are made. Before Mr Zat arrives, I want to talk to everyone so everyone better be punctual.

Everyone has to be in the music room by 2.30pm, no one is suppose to late unless you have inform me the reason and I said okay. By 2.55pm, I want to see every section ready, and no one should be walking back and forth from the music room and the store room. Everything should be ready before Mr Zat arrives. After everyone's ready, we will do warm-ups before tuning.

For the morning practice, if the SL of the section is not coming, SLs need to inform another person from his/her section to take his/her place. If you are not coming for band with a reason, please inform your SL and Amira. The instruments/materials must be ready before Mr Zat comes. If you are coming late for a reason, please inform your SLs to set up your instruments so you won't need to rush to the band store and back.

For tomorrow's practice, Rachel will be in-charge. For the Sec 1s, come for band at 10am but there will be a possibility that Mr Zat will tell the Sec 1s to stay with the Main Band till 4.30pm so listen to what Mr Zat says. The main band must report before 1pm to set up all your instruments/materials.  The attendance has not been great so far so I'm hoping tomorrow's practice will be better.
